The new Yoga Therapy for Insomnia and Sleep Recovery™ (Working with Individuals 1:1) course will be held in January/February 2023 with a free taster event on 6th December 2022.
The course is open to yoga therapists and teachers with substantive 1:1 experience; and also to medical practitioners whether in general or mental health, counsellors and other therapists with an interest in including yoga based knowledge and practices into their current work.
This new training provides the in depth knowledge and learning to enable those working with people on a 1:1 basis to help them with sleep issues, whether these are the primary reasons clients come or whether, as can often happen, sleep issues accompany other problems.
This course also incorporates new elements not included in Lisa Sanfilippo’s books of 2019 & 2020, the result of her ongoing research and development in sleep recovery.
