Yoga with Babies Five Months to Mobile

Yoga with babies between around 5 months to mobile changes pace from the Postnatal Yoga with Babies classes to follow the needs of the developing baby and the needs of parents to be more active and have opportunity for healthful movement, easing out, relaxation and centring.

This class is open to whichever parent is the main caregiver on the class day; & whilst this is most often a mother, at times a father has been the parent coming with his baby.

Current Class Details

Current class details and other information can be found on this Pregnancy and Parents Centre website page.

Venue

Weekly Yoga with Babies classes are held at the Pregnancy and Parents Centre (often abbreviated to PPC), 188 Pleasance, Edinburgh, EH8 9RT.
