Yoga with Babies News

Lots happening in my work with parents and babies!

For the first time in a while, I have a separate Postnatal Yoga with Babies class for the newborn to around 4 months stage. This class will be running from Tuesday 11th November, 1.30-3pm, and will have around an hour of yoga practices – some more mother focussed, some more baby focussed, but all of which can be done with and around baby – followed by refreshments and informal discussion and chat, whether around topics of interest or whether getting to know other parents and babies.

You can join for the full block of classes, or you can join part way through the block when you’re ready, spaces permitting. You can also have a taster class before committing to a block of classes. For more information or to book, contact the Pregnancy and Parents Centre here.

With this additional class starting up, I now have places available in all classes. For Yoga with Mobile Babies, booking is directly with me here and for the younger babies classes, contact the Pregnancy and Parents Centre here.

In the new year, I’ll be running a new postnatal class, running over 8 weeks, focusing on mothers’ recovery, health and wellbeing in the first wee while after birth. More on this new class very soon.

I have also accepted a post of Pregnancy and Parents Centre Trustee so will be helping to shape the way we go forward to support more families in the vital but challenging time of anticipating new life and nurturing wee ones.
